Family with Teens
The set up of the bathroom was a little strange, the shower curtain was on the outside of the glass in the room, and every time the matron came in to clean, she would open the curtain, so if you came back and just walked into the bathroom to use it you were putting on a show for the building across the way. I whole heartedly recommend this hotel. The staff was very helpful and friendly. The location was convenient. I would definitely stay here again if i get a chance to come back to Chicago.

The hotel has a very young staff that are not customer oriented. The staff was not helpful when called upon. One of the staff members actually put back a statue right over my head while I was eating breakfast. Very unprofessional. The statue could have hit me in the head. ...read more

My friend and I were in Chicago for a girl trip. We both felt that the hotel was cold, uncomfortable and not as accommodating than it should have been. The staff was just okay, felt that it was not a family friendly hotel.
